We lovingly prepare and fulfill your order within 7-14 business days, depending on whether it's ready-to-ship or a pre-order item. Shipping can take an additional 1-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note these times are estimates and not guarantees. You are responsible for any taxes and duty fees. Yes, we offer local pick-up! Simply select "Local Pick-Up" at checkout. When your item is ready, we'll email you with the details for picking it up in Ajax, ON. We look forward to meeting you in person!
